I had even called myself the "Artist with Dirty Habits" following my success in the Sørlandsutstillingen exhibition.
But when I moved back to the UK in 2005 I realised that continuing with humour was not necessarily going to be the best way forward. Inspired by the Society of Wildlife Artists Annual exhibitions in London my art took on a totally new direction.
